David primarily focuses his practice on bankruptcy, personal injury, family law, and unfair debt collections practices.

David received a B.S. in economics from Brigham Young University in 1998. David graduated Cum Laude from Willamette University College of Law in 2012. He was also awarded a certificate in business law concentration at the same time. David was elected to the Order of Barristers by his classmates and to the International Academy of Trial Lawyers by the faculty at Willamette. David served as an associate editor of Willamette Law Review.

David volunteers his time as a Venture Crew Unit Leader with the Boy Scouts of America, sits on the audit committee for his church, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Help Eliminate Legal Problems for Seniors, a non-profit law firm.
